For their highly anticipated Acoustic USA performance in Los Angeles on October 12, British dance act Above & Beyond will follow in the footsteps of some of the greatest bands of our time and perform at LA’s legendary Greek Theatre.

Due to an overwhelming response to the pre-sale ticket sign-up, the band have also announced a second performance the following day on October 13.

To coincide with this announcement, A&B have released a very short preview of “Love Is Not Enough” (Acoustic) at Soundcloud.com/aboveandbeyond. A studio album of the newly arranged tracks is set for release later this year, alongside a film of Above & Beyond’s now legendary acoustic shows at London’s Porchester Hall.

Above & Beyond said: “When we first set off on our acoustic adventure, we never thought we would eventually be bringing the show to one of the most iconic open-air music venues in America. Performing under the stars at the Greek Theatre is going to be a very special experience for us and, we hope, for everyone who’s able to join us.”

The Greek Theatre, a renowned 6000 capacity open-air venue, is one of the most legendary in the US, boasting a rich history of live music.

For this LA gig, Jono, Tony and Paavo will be playing a variety of live instruments including piano, guitar and cello, and will be joined on stage by an eight-piece band and vocalists including Zoe Johnston. The show will also be an exclusive opportunity to hear at least one brand new track from the next Above & Beyond artist album.

You can sign up for priority access to pre-sale tickets at www.aboveandbeyond.nu/acoustic. The pre-sale will open on August 14 and any remaining tickets will go on general sale on August 16.

The October 12 and 13 shows will run from 8-11 pm and are a co-promotion between Nederlander Concerts and Insomniac Events.
