After collecting the award for best techno track on WMC, UMEK got another notable recognition, this time from a Mexican dance music television EMPO TV. UMEK only finds great words for his ever growing fan base on the other side of the pond: “I’m super proud to see the incredible support I’ve been getting lately from Mexico, South America and the States. TopDeejays.com declared last week, UMEK as the number one trending techno and tech house artist on SoundCloud. The Slovenian juggernaut hasn’t slowed down one bit and continues his tour all across the globe. We can’t wait to have him back in the U.S. this summer for his upcoming American tour, UMEK is confirmed to appear in Mexico City’s Babilonia Club on 21st, perform on the main stage of EDC Las Vegas, rock the huge crowd on Ottawa Stadium and fill the gaps between festivals with a few soon to be sold out club nights in New York, Tampa, San Francisco and Toronto.
