Indie music mogul and road warrior TECH N9NE is back on tour this spring on his Strictly Strange Tour 2017, along with labelmates Krizz Kaliko, Stevie Stone, and Ces Cru. The Kansas City powerhouse also just released a Strange Music collaboration album, titled Dominion, on April 7.

Tech N9ne has seen tremendous success over his tenure in the music industry, even being named as one of Forbes Magazine’s Cash Kings of Hip-Hop multiple times. In 2016, the RIAA announced that two more of the music veteran’s records, “Fragile” and “Hood Go Crazy” had been certified gold, after “Caribou Lou” had been named gold in 2013. Tech continues to be a force to be reckoned with, and his talent continually recognized by fans and industry heavyweights alike. Even Elton John and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson are fans. Watch The Rock talk about Tech N9ne being one of his musical inspirations on Anderson Cooper, and check out this article of the Rocket Man recently shopping for records and specifically requesting Tech N9ne’s catalog.

Tech N9ne and Strange Music have become well known across the United States, and the world, for their unmatched touring operation. Pollstar, which covers the music touring business, recently praised Tech and Strange Music on their tour prowess, saying, “Tech is known for his prolific touring schedules and dynamic live show. He founded Strange Music with Travis O’Guin in 2000, and the label has built an independent empire with a stable of hungry artists, a thriving tour business, and its own merchandise production facilities.”

Strange Music also released a new tour video for the massive tour, check it out on their YouTube channel here.

Strange Music had another year of successful albums releases in 2016, including Tech N9ne’s The Storm album, released on December 9. It debuted at the No. 3 Independent Album in the country, the No. 4 project on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart and No. 9 on the Billboard 200. Krizz Kaliko released his Go album in April 2016, which displayed his multi-faceted skills as both a rapper and singer. Stevie Stone will release his new album on April 28 of this year, and rap duo Ces Cru dropped their Catastrophic Event Specialists album on February 10.
