“Closer” is the duo’s third double-platinum single this year, following in the footsteps of “Don’t Let Me Down” ft. Daya and “Roses” ft. Rozes. “Closer” became their first track to hit #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 and has held the position for 5 consecutive weeks. The track also currently reigns at #1 on the overall iTunes Top Songs chart, #1 in US Shazam tags & #1 in US Spotify (approaching 300 million streams globally). Continuing to climb the charts at radio, “Closer” ranks Top 5 at Pop & Top 15 for Rhythm airplay with over 100 million in combined audience.
