In an ode to Petey Pablo’s classic hip-hop record of the same name, ETC!ETC! and Corporate Slackrs team up with Petey himself on the blood-pumping 140 BPM trap bomb “Raise Up.” In a modern musical landscape that regularly blurs the lines of electronic and hip-hop, “Raise Up” is a refreshing effort that highlights the best of both worlds in what is sure to be a festival mainstay.

Fresh off a spirited performance on Dim Mak’s 20th Anniversary Stage at NYC’s Electric Zoo, ETC!ETC! continues yet another impressive year in electronic music. His next-level production prowess was highlighted in his genre-bending Dim Mak EP Wicked, which earned accolades from Complex, Dancing Astronaut, and YourEDM, among others. This summer he had MLS fans going nuts to his electro / trap anthem “Trompa,” garnering support from Skrillex, Diplo, Borgore, and Valentino Khan. The LA native has also established himself as one of the industry’s top remixers, with official remixes of Valentino Khan’sDeep Down Low,” Major Lazer & DJ Snake’s celebrated single “Lean On (feat. MØ),” and most recently Henry Fong’s Drop It Down Low (feat. Richie Loop).”

Joining ETC!ETC! on “Raise Up” are Corporate Slackrs, who, contrary to their name, have tirelessly worked their way to a big year. They enjoyed a productive summer that saw them release a landmark remix of DVBBS and Shaun Frank’s future bass anthem “La La Land (feat. Delaney Jane)” on Spinnin Records. The track gained support from a number of industry-leading artists, including Adventure Club, Thomas Gold, Arty, and Marshmello. Building on their buzzing momentum, this September they released an official remix of Krewella’s “Ammunition” and a refreshing future bass remix of Gallant’s “Shotgun.” Using Petey Pablo’s signature gritty vocals, Corporate Slackrs unite with ETC!ETC! to turn back the clock and offer up a unique combination of new and old school.
