The Netherlands has long heralded burgeoning talent within the electronic scene. Today one of its hottest new stars is the Breda born DJ/Producer, Dannic.
Hailing from the town that gave the world Tiësto, Hardwell and R3hab, the supernova like achievements of Dannic’s rise during the past 12 months should hardly be a surprise given his steady stream of festival bangers and club hits, which have found their way on to some of the most influential imprints.
Having recently amassed over 100, 000 fans on Facebook the Breda star is now pleased to announce the arrival of his very own radio show. Broadcasting each month the show, titled ‘Front of House Radio’, will give listeners a front seat position into the freshest new music from the world of dance music and Dannic’s own productions.
Taking the raw vibes from his popular monthly promo mix series, Dannic now introduces his own radio show concept which is going to be broadcasted on multiple FM stations worldwide including Radio FG. Dannic will deliver a 60 minute show that will capture his trademark sound and serve as a timely introduction for those yet to experience his blistering set’s in full. For those already subscribed to Dannic’s musical aesthetic the show contains everything that made his big room, festival house so engaging.
The first episode is an exclusive live recording of Dannic’s set from this year’s Tomorrowland festival. Performing to a packed evening crowd on the closing day of the festival, this set perfectly captures his unrivalled selection and refined technique when in charge of mixing duties, and serves as a timely reminder of just how much talent this soaring DJ has and justifies his rapid ascent into the higher tiers of dance music’s hierarchy.
Dannic made a name for himself by producing some of the stand out festival anthems like ‘Clobber’, ‘Tombo’ and ‘Viper’ that have been supported by the scenes biggest DJs from Tiësto, Laidback Luke, Hardwell to David Guetta. His next original release, ‘Rocker’ is set to drop on his musical home, Hardwell’s, Revealed Recordings on the 19th of August. This upcoming release is featured on the first episode, also included is an exclusively first play of a new Dannic original on ‘Front of House’ radio
Dannic’s summer schedule is packed with gigs worldwide and includes mainstage slots on some of the biggest festivals Electric Daisy Carnival Las Vegas, Electric Zoo New York and multiple Ibiza gigs.
