Danish electronic indie pop trio, Scarlet Pleasure release a brand-new EP, Lagune [Virgin Records], featuring their new single “Unreliable.”

Denmark seems to be the epicenter of new Scandinavian pop music, and Scarlet Pleasure are the newest group to paw their way across the Atlantic in 2017. With songs like “Déjà Vu” and “Limbo,” both certified Platinum in their home country, the Copenhagen-based trio are also the most popular Danish band on radio this year and have amassed over 90 million streams worldwide.

The band made their U.S. debut last month with a sold-out School Night show at Bardot in Los Angeles. Following European tour dates with Norwegian songstress SigridScarlet Pleasure will embark on a sold-out headline run overseas in support of the new single “Unreliable.” The song buzzes of the band’s signature sound and mix of modern and classic pop, while also exploring elements of reggae.
