Friday night was a monumental event in the history of XS NightClub, as GRAMMY-nominated producer Kaskade made his triumphant return to Wynn Las Vegas to play the award-winning nightlife venue for the first time.
Ryan Raddon, known as Kaskade, has been in the trenches of the EDM scene as an original recording artist and in-demand DJ for more than a decade. His initial Las Vegas partnership was developed by Encore Beach Club in 2010 where he was one of the first DJs to secure an ongoing residency, Kaskade Sundays, setting the precedent for today’s exploding EDM presence in the nightlife industry.
The venue had a new feel with the iconic gold staircase including a wall of bodies covered with the Atmosphere themed décor. It was clear that Kaskade felt right at home as he ditched his shoes and played until shortly after 3 a.m. barefoot from behind the stage. Fans packed the dance floor and followed his every move, even with some flashing their cell phones to send messages of love and even how far they traveled as one proudly waved the German flag from the floor below.
Kaskade will return to XS for Halloween and New Year’s Eve sets, and tickets are now available at xs.wantickets.com. His fourth date will be announced in the near future.
