Singer-songwriter, producer and multi-instrumentalist WYNNE has released his latest single “Distraction,” out now. The first release off his forthcoming debut EP Both Sides, due later this year, WYNNE’s latest playfully balances between stripped back and raw vocals and multi-layered complex production. Comprised of echoing vocals and layers of cinematically sweeping synths, “Distraction” serves as an emotive and multi-faceted indicator of what fans can expect from the rising artist.
London born and LA based, WYNNE has carved a place for himself as one of today’s most sought after up-and-coming musicians. Possessing a hefty resume as a songwriter, WYNNE has lent his creative touch to artists including Parson James, Jordan Fisher and Two Door Cinema Club, as well as Eliot Sumner with whom he toured for three years playing both bass and piano. Following his time as musical director and keyboardist for The Wanted, WYNNE has gone on to serve as a music curator for various shows, partnering with Radiohead frontman Thom York for New York Fashion Week. With a Coachella performance and two sold-out shows at Red Rocks Amphitheater under his belt, WYNNE left his latest mark singing vocals on ODESZA’s 2017 hit “Line of Sight.” A co-producer and writer of the single, “Line of Sight” has amassed over 25 million streams on Spotify and Apple Music, as well as one million YouTube views.
