Fresh off the announce of their second annual “Wild Life Festival” in the U.K., Disclosure is proud to announce that “Wild Life” will return to North America with a new series of events, including a massive concert at Forest Hills Stadium in Queens, NY on June 18, which will feature performances by Disclosure, Anderson .Paak & The Free Nationals, Mobb Deep, Dusky and Justin Jay. According to Disclosure, “they’re thrilled and honored to bring this special event to a venue with such rich history.” Forest Hills Stadium was built in 1923 as the home of the US Open tennis tournament and hosted concerts by The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan and other musical greats in the 1960s and 70s. After being shuttered for nearly 20 years, it has reopened and is once again hosting incredible concerts.
U.K. duo Disclosure – comprising brothers Guy and Howard Lawrence – have created a buzz with their international series of “Wild Life” branded parties. The pair stage the events at unique sites and curate the entire experience, creating line-ups designed to pay homage to their favorite house acts and shine a spotlight on new music across genre lines, from electronic to hip-hop and more. The video (bottom of page) goes behind the scenes at the “Wild Life” party at Chicago’s Lincoln Park Zoo.
“Wild Life” will be coming to Miami with two events: a daytime pool party at Delano on March 17 and a nighttime warehouse party at MAPS on March 18. These are intimate venues so there will be a limited number of tickets available. The daytime pool party will feature guests Boys Noize, Dusky, Heidi, The Black Madonna, and Will Clarke, while the nighttime warehouse party will feature Loco Dice, Justin Martin, Tiga, Honey Dijon, Justin Jay and more.
Disclosure will be returning to Las Vegas this year to continue their “Wild Life” parties, which were instrumental in breaking house music in Las Vegas in 2015. Their residency begins on March 12 at Light Nightclub and features guests Seth Troxler, Tiga, and more. In the U.K., Disclosure’s is hosting the second “Wild Life Festival” at Brighton City Airport in the U.K. on June 11 and 12.
