Que Billah featuring Koran Green “Survive” [New Video + Single Out Now]
Off the back of the single release, Que Billah has dropped the full music video to “Survive,” featuring Kora Green. Drawing on inspiration from the likes of Back To The Future and Quantum Leap, Que travels through time to deliver his message of Black resiliency in the face of widespread oppression. Equal parts tongue-in-cheek and impactful, “Survive” as a music video is a trip worth taking into Que’s lyrical abilities and persona as a performer, whose perspective embodies the current state of Chicago’s varied hip hop scene.

“Turbulent times inspire turbulent rhymes. Cops killing us, we killin’ us. It ain’t safe to be a black man in America these days, but has it ever been? I’ve had a police officer put a gun to my head and I survived. I go to sleep to gunshots almost every night and every morning I survive. I survive to use my gift as a weapon to fight back.” – Que Billah, in Mass Appeal
