Coming into existence in 2011, El Paso’s Sun City Music Festival has continued to grow in popularity amongst the nation’s electronic music lovers with it’s attendance more than doubling since its inaugural year. 2014 marks the fourth-year return of the festival and Disco Donnie Presents in association with SMG Events have just released an all-star filled Phase 1 Talent Announcement. Following last year’s headline SCMF set and back by popular demand is world famous DJ/producer Tiësto, who will be joined by electronic music heavyweights David Guetta, Martin Garrix, Above & Beyond, Carnage, Showtek, and W&W. This announcement gives us just a taste of the top-tier talent we can expect performances from at this year’s festival.
Disco Donnie took over the production of Sun City Music Festival in 2012, the same year it moved to it’s current home at the spacious, 448- acre Ascarate Park. The festival is set to take place from Saturday August 30th to Sunday August 31st and will showcase performances from 30+ artist on three massive stages. As we approach the two-month mark until the festival, one can only anticipate what Disco Donnie Presents has up its sleeve for the phase 2 talent announcement.
