The RealMusic Events marquee festival, Seismic Dance Event, which came off of a transformable year that saw it continue its trajectory upward, has recently announced it will be returning for a special one-off Spring Edition, May 22 and 23, 2020. Taking place at the Austin American-Statesman, the property’s recent announcement that it would be redeveloping provided RealMusic Events a unique opportunity to explore what it would look like to have a Springtime event while also popping up a Seismic Dance Event for a final time at this location.

“When presented with the opportunity to bring Seismic back to this particular venue for a final time, we had to jump at the chance,” says RealMusic Events founders Kelly Gray and Andrew Parsons, “though we fully intend to return to November in the future. ”
In addition to the announcement of Seismic Dance Event 3.0, an explosive first round lineup was also released for this communal gathering of underground, house, and techno fans. The first-round lineup includes Adam Beyer; Adana Twins; Artbat; Bonobo (DJ set); Carl Craig; Chus & Ceballos; Claptone; Claude VonStroke; DJ Boring; Enrico Sangiuliano; Gerry Gonza; Maceo Plex; Mathame; Öona Dahl; Pan-Pot; Phantoms (DJ set); Rebūke; Sacha Robotti; Stephan Bodzin, and Westend. More artists will be announced in the coming weeks.
