Detroit’s own Musician/Producer/DJ GRiZ has surprised fans by announcing an exclusive series of dates kicking off next month. The tour, appropriately dubbed the “My Friends And I Decided To Come To Your Town And Play Some Super Rad Small Shows While I Write My Album” Tour, will kick off February 5th and run throughout the month. The mix of live performances and DJ sets will bring the artist to his hometown (Detroit), his homebase (Colorado), as well as New York and Los Angeles. Late last year, GRiZ performed to a sold out crowd at his 2nd annual hometown holiday show GRiZMAS. In conjunction with the celebration, his 12 day fundraising initiative dubbed “12 Days of GRiZmas” raised over $30,000 for the charity, “Little Kids Rock” and led him to receive the Spirit of Detroit Award by the Detroit City Council.
With such a positive end to 2015, GRiZ is excited to start the new year
