Morocco’s Oasis Festival, the destination music festival held from September 14-16, 2018 in the outskirts of Marrakech surrounded by the breathtaking Atlas Mountains, has announced their second wave of acts for its fourth edition. Newly announced acts include DJ Koze, Bradley Zero, Romare, Deetron, Sassy J, Detroit Swindle, La Fleur, Larry Heard (live), Maribou State, Honey Dijon, Jane Fitz, Mr. G (live), Peggy Gou and DJ Python, plus many more. Offering a truly authentic North African experience, Oasis mixes rich local culture and customs with world class headliners who offer tasteful soundtracks from a diverse array of dance music.

Watch highlights from the third edition captured in the Oasis Festival 2017:

Joining the ranks of already announced heavyweights Carl Cox, Derrick Carter, The Black Madonna, Nastia, Tim Sweeney, phase 2 will see Pampa label boss and inventive house producer DJ Koze take to the Oasis decks. Hot on the heels of his first new album in 25 years, deep house pioneer Larry Heard aka ‘Mr Fingers’ will treat fans to one of his critically acclaimed live shows, while Rhythm Section International figure and BBC Radio 1’s new music specialist Bradley Zero will play back to back with Dekmantel regular Sassy J. Multifaceted talent DJ Python will also showcase his big boom-bap beats, and Ninja Tune’s Romare will no doubt serve up one of his party starting DJ sets.

On the house side, Amsterdam’s Detroit Swindle and Watergate resident La Fleur will be joined by South Korean breakout DJ Peggy Gou. Next to these are Chicago originator and impressive selector Honey Dijon, Rinse FM radio host Jane Fitz, and dubby house Phoenix G label boss  Mr. G (live). Additional new acts announced include Morocco’s Amine K who will go back to back with previously announced Denis Horvat, Swiss star Deetron and the much talked about Denis Sulta. DJ sets will come from Maribou State, Gideön, and CC: DISCO! whilst on the local front, Bassam and Malik will represent Morocco’s exceptional pool of DJ talent. Combining a lineup filled with established house heros, newer faces, and both local and international artists, Oasis is sure to be a standout event on the summer festival calendar.

Going back to its roots where the very first Oasis Festival took place, the fourth edition will once again takeover the blissful Fellah Hotel. The stunning location comes complete with pools and palms trees, lush gardens and giant cacti, sweeping views of the nearby Atlas Mountains, and an additional stage bringing the total at the festival to three.

For those looking to decompress afterwards, a bucket list once-in-a-lifetime after party with the option to stay one or two nights will take revellers deep into the Sahara Desert. Soundtracked by very special guest DJs (to be revealed soon!), it will be a chance to have one final, magical dance whilst enjoying sunset camel rides and traditional Moroccan cuisine under the starry African sky – more details coming soon!
