This August, Heart Nightclub has a stacked lineup in store for the city of Miami. Starting out the month is the diverse super duo, Amine Edge & DANCE, on August 4. Then, electronic production school, Ritmik Workshops, shows off their very educated talent with a Ritmik Workshops Showcase on August 5. The following weekend, musical hedonists, Pleasurekraft, play on August 11, with classic trance guru, John O’Callaghan, in the basement level. Then triple threat, Oscar G, Mario Ochoa & Saeed Younan, mix up a whole lot of house and techno on August 12. The next weekend Moon Harbour Recordings frontman, Matthias Tanzmann, hits the stage on August 18. On the final weekend of the month, live performance maestro, Uner, plays on August 25, and young Spanish sensation, Rafa Barrios, wraps up the month on August 26.
Kicking off the month on August 4 is DJ duet, Amine Edge & Dance. Blazing out of Southern France, Amine Edge & Dance have built their own musical empire, founded on inspiration from early house, soul, and hip-hop. In 2016, the duo solidified their rank in the electronic scene by receiving their first DJ Awards trophy in the “Bass” category. Head honchos of their own record label, CUFF, the pair have also been featured on heavyweight Loco Dice‘s imprint, Desolat.

Saturday, August 5: Ritmik Workshops Showcase
On August 5, Ritmik Workshops, an electronic music school offering production, mixing, and mastering courses, showcases some of their best students and faculty at Heart Nightclub. By teaching developing musicians with hands-on classes, seminars, and tutoring, Ritmik has grown a number of supremely talented artists. Those artists, Markowicz, Kid Moss, Allan Gallego, Julian Velez, Yoyo Valero, Austin Pollis, and Nightden, will show off their Ritmik education throughout the evening.

Friday, August 11: Pleasurekraft
On August 11, give way to musical hedonism with the help of American duo, Pleasurekraft. Characterized by seductive, deep, and groovy techno, Pleasurekraft is an underground collaboration that aims to create pure dancefloor satisfaction with their music. With a focus on organically inspired synth music, Pleasurekraft created their own record label, Kraftek. In addition to their personal platform, Pleasurekraft has also been featured on Adam Beyer’s big-time imprint, Drumcode.

Friday, August 11: John O’Callaghan [Basement]
Setting ablaze the basement on August 11 is Irish trance-master, John O’Callaghan. Dubbed by his army of fans as simply “JOC,” O’Callaghan has become a leader in the trance scene by showcasing diversity in every bit of his sound. Recognized for his ability to transform any vocal track into a melodic, uplifting trance record, O’Callaghan has become a name synonymous with classic, underground trance music

Saturday, August 12: Oscar G, Mario Ochoa & Saeed Younan
On August 12, Heart Nightclub is hit with a DJ triple threat: Oscar G, Mario Ochoa, and Saeed Younan. First up, Made In Miami label boss and local hero, Oscar G, runs the decks with a blend of old and new school house. Next, Colombian-born producer, Mario Ochoa, spins a variety of Latin-inspired tech-house, and technical guru, Saeed Younan, wraps up the evening with a seamless mix of house and techno.

Friday, August 18: Matthias Tanzmann
On August 18, German DJ, producer, and label head, Matthias Tanzmann, pulls the dancefloor into the deep waters of house and techno. The mastermind behind Moon Harbour Recordings (an imprint respected industry-wide), Tanzmann has helped redefine electronic genres through his almost 20-year career. As a collaborator and remixer, Tanzmann remains in high-demand. Some of his biggest remixes and collaborations have been with such big-leagues as Martin Buttrich, Moby, and John Wink.

On August 25, the DJ Award’s 2013 “Newcomer” artist, Uner, plays an extended set at Heart Nightclub. Featured on such labels as Visionquest, Cocoon, and Diynamic, Uner has quickly proven that although a newcomer in 2013, he has since earned his right to stay. Releasing his true potential live, Uner’s performances are aimed at the dancefloor, bursting with both energy and personality. Comprised of four decks, touch controllers, and plenty of FXs, Uner’s live setup is stacked with everything needed for a creative show.

Saturday, August 26: Rafa Barrios
On August 26, Spanish DJ and producer, Rafa Barrios, twists the dancefloor into a spiral of European house and techno. Producing from the age of 14, Barrios quickly honed his craft, and soon landed himself on such major labels as Toolroom, Stereo Productions, and Intec. If that wasn’t enough to solidify Barrios’ spot in dance music, his productions have also been supported by such big-timers as Carl Cox, Richie Hawtin, and Dubfire.
