MICHAEL BRUN DROPS VIP VERSION OF SUMMER DREAMS AS EXCLUSIVE TRACK ON CR2’S MIAMI 2017 ALBUM
Haitian DJ and producer Michael Brun has been on a tear recently, proudly showcasing his roots and using his relentless energy to give back to his community, all while releasing some of the most uplifting dance music on the block.
So, it’s no wonder that house music super-label Cr2 has drafted him in to curate and mix a slice of their Miami 2017 compilation album. As all dance music fans know, Miami Music Week is one of the most important events in the industry calendar. And for Cr2, their annual Miami compilation has become the most important album of the year, with 2016’s effort bringing in over 10,000,000 streams on Spotify alone.
For 2017 the label has gone all-out, enlisting Michael Brun alongside trap lord UZ and a collective of key Cr2 producers and DJs aptly known as Cr2 Allstars. Spanning the spectrum of house and trap music, Miami 2017 features cuts from Camelphat, Hannah Wants, Solardo, Oliver Heldens, Tokimonsta, Gent & Jawns, as well as Michael Brun’s VIP version of his recent single Summer Dreams and UZ’s exclusive track You Never Know, featuring The Fader-approved rapper Chaz French.
