Los Angeles – Insomniac is excited to announce production details and the performer list for the 3rd annual Electric Daisy Carnival, Orlando as the Road to EDC, Las Vegas 2014 continues at Tinker Field on November 8-9, 2013. An eclectic group of DJs, from today’s most prominent talent to up-and-coming artists from Insomniac’s Discovery Project, will perform across three stages featuring state-of-the-art production as festival goers are surrounded by an immersive, multi-sensory carnival experience.
“EDC Orlando will be filled with lots of wonderful surprises as we combine music, art and theatrics across multiple stages,” said Pasquale Rotella, CEO and founder of Insomniac. “Last year, the positive energy of every fan was so infectious and it has really inspired our team to create a new and unique experience to match that enthusiasm.”
The iconic Tinker Field is a member of the National Register of Historic Places and has been home to the Orlando installment of Electric Daisy Carnival since its incarnation in 2011. Insomniac will re-imagine the historic, green space with extraordinary detail including elaborate décor, colorful roaming characters, dancers and performers, seven full-scale carnival rides, interactive art installations, and meticulously crafted production elements.
EDC Orlando’s musical performers will provide a remarkable soundtrack to accompany the spectacle taking over the festival grounds.
EDC Orlando is an 18 and older event. Two-day general admission tickets are priced at $145, and VIP tickets are also available for guests 21 and older starting at $249, before service fees. VIP amenities include a separate entrance to the festival for expedited access, exclusive decks with a full cash bar overlooking the stage, private restroom facilities and a souvenir laminate and lanyard. Single day tickets will be sold at a later date.
