Fehrplay’s hotly anticipated 4th single on Pryda Friends has arrived. Premiering on Sirius XM for the first time in the US on May 7th, the world was originally exposed to “Phantom” in demo form on Fehrplay’s, Above & Beyond Group Therapy guest mix, in February, then again on BBC 15mins of fame interview with Pete Tong.
A keepsake in the select few DJs boxes who were lucky enough to receive it early, it’s set to be a huge record in Ibiza and in America this summer. Ferhplay’s US dates include Wavefront Festival in Chicago and a triumphant return to Miami’s, Space.
Never before has an act so consistently delivered track after track that Prydz has snapped up (and many have tried!). After wrestling it away from the queue of labels waiting in line to take it, ‘Phantom’ track has cemented Fehrplay as the leading artist on Prydz’s seminal imprint. Fehrplay has brought fresh blood, and a new, youthful, exuberant outlook to a label about to celebrate its 10th year.
“Phantom” is a piano club anthem in its purest form. Reminiscent of early Pryda productions, its huge swells and hypnotic lead combine in an epic concoction made for the dance floor.
