Claude VonStroke revealed today, the album previews for his forthcoming ‘Urban Animal’ album. Check out his comments below for the 1st track ‘Urban Animal’ below – stayed tuned for Mr. VonStroke will be revealing more of his thoughts on several of the album’s tracks in the coming days.
(Urban Animal) This is the intro track and the title track. I wanted to set up a moody vibe at the start with a sense of anticipation. I started working on this track first but I finished it at the very end after everything else was done. I think this really helped me figure out what the full tone of the track should be. There are obvious classical and even dubstep influences in the music but I was also influenced by the sound of synth-pop. I used a very synthetic lead sound through an arpeggiator and I tried to create the kind of track that I hadn’t done before.
