Tiësto announces the release of his fifth installment to his CLUBLIFE series with CLUBLIFE VOL. 5: China, via his record label, Musical Freedom.
ClubLife by Tiësto Podcast 535 – First Hour
Inspired by the momentum of dance music culture in China, VOL. 5 is dedicated to the country as a whole. This installment leans heavily on Tiēsto’s own exclusive original productions, remixes of his personal favorite tracks as well as emerging talent from his Musical Freedom label. CLUBLIFE VOL. 5 follows four critically-acclaimed volumes released in years prior and inspired by Las Vegas, Miami, Stockholm and most recently, New York City.
In an open letter to fans, published in advance of the dance music legend’s headlining set at Tomorrowland, Tiësto elaborates on the importance of China:
“My CLUBLIFE series began with Las Vegas, and later volumes have been inspired by Miami, Stockholm, and New York. These cities influence me on a personal level, but also represent places that are moving dance music forward. It felt only natural that the backdrop for the next installment of CLUBLIFE be a country with energy, creativity, and originality. A place where DJs and fans are taking new risks within the genre and culture of dance music, helping it evolve as a truly global community and sound.”
Dance music lovers attending Tomorrowland will have the opportunity to utilize free Wifi while traveling through Brussels Airport (BRU), provided by Tiësto. Upon connecting, users will be informed of CLUBLIFE VOL. 5’s announcement and given the opportunity to pre-save the album to their Spotify accounts. Tiësto will headline Tomorrowland, where festival attendees will have the opportunity to hear exclusives from the forthcoming album.
