After the sudden death of the ‘Oddities’ scene, Ryan Matthew Cohn and Regina Marie Cohn realized that the odd culture of Brooklyn had been lost. Going into 2017, they decided to resurrect it at Greenpoint’s Brooklyn Bazaar by artfully curating a selection of the nation’s best artists and collectors of the odd and obscure, springing to life The Oddities Flea Market. Since its launch, the event has significantly grown bringing in new talent and hitting the road to captivate crowds all over the country, including recent events in Los Angeles and Chicago.
On Saturday, December 7 and Sunday, December 8, Brooklyn venue VILLAIN will be transformed into a one-of-a-kind market presenting delightfully unusual, obscure and rare oddities curated by Discovery Channel’s Oddities star and artist Ryan Matthew Cohn for The Oddities Flea Market’s “Holiday of Wonders” event.
