L’Abarset chose Chelina Manuhutu to celebrate the close of a season that has once again proved to be a resounding success. The complete experience offered by L’Abarset brings together a powerful electronic music programme with a carefully crafted culinary offering in an unrivalled snow-covered setting. This combination cements its place as the finest après-ski in the Pyrenees and a key reference point for the European winter season.
The figures speak for themselves. L’Abarset is a rising proposition that grows with every new season. More than 100,000 people have seized the opportunity to live this unique experience. A total of 31 parties, plus 11 After Parties, brought the cream of the scene to Andorra: Adam Beyer, Nina Kraviz, East End Dubs, 2manydjs, Damian Lazarus, Wade and Gordo. Added to this are ongoing collaborations with prestigious brands such as Brunch, Bresh and El Paripé, as well as special events including the February weekend when L’Abarset hosted the iconic NOWHERE party, owned by PacoOsuna.
In the words of Álex Órue, Director of Hospitality and Corporate Business at Grandvalira Soldeu-El Tarter and Pal Arinsal:
“L’Abarset cements itself once again as the dream destination for lovers of gastronomy, leisure and snow. The brand continues to attract a large number of local guests who are our first ambassadors, while also drawing an international audience for whom L’Abarset plays a very significant role in their travel decisions. And that is good for L’Abarset, for Grandvalira and for Andorra.“
Daniel Rodríguez, co-director of Expansive, L’Abarset’s PR agency, adds:
“From a communications perspective, L’Abarset has built a proposition with a very clear positioning: it doesn’t just sell events, it sells a complete experience that resonates with an increasingly discerning international audience. L’Abarset is not just an après-ski, it is a destination in its own right.“
The After Party: one of the season’s standout formats
The indoor After Party format, which brings together over 400 people per edition, has grown by 30% in what has been its third season. The split between two environments — Main Room and Green Room — has proven to be an excellent decision, as demonstrated by the consistently high attendance from guests eager to extend the L’Abarset experience. Furthermore, the majority of the 11 editions featured performances by the night’s headline acts, including Paco Osuna, Wade and East End Dubs.
Gastronomic experience
The L’Abarset restaurant has deepened its commitment to excellence in produce. A wide variety of dishes sees tradition fused with the latest culinary trends, reflecting the soul of L’Abarset in every bite. Among this year’s new additions that have captivated the most discerning palates: scallop sashimi with citrus emulsion, and oxtail brioche with a fried egg, foie gras mayonnaise and chips. As in previous seasons, two gastronomic days of the Snow Club Gourmet were also held — this year starring Iván Cerdeño, chef of El Cigarral de Toledo with 2 Michelin Stars and 2 Repsol Suns, and Andreu Genestra, chef of the eponymous restaurant with 1 Michelin Star and 2 Repsol Suns, alongside Joan Costa, chef of Sol Post de Cala Saona, with 1 Repsol Sun.
With the next season already in sight, L’Abarset promises to surpass itself once again and maintain its place among the world’s leading après-ski destinations.
