Tove Lo, the artist who came under the radar for her song “Habits (Stay High)“ just dropped her new album ‘Queen of the Clouds’ on iTunes here. The album includes the song ‘Stay High’ with its relatable lyrics that she actually wrote about her experience struggling to get over one of her exes— staying high all the time to keep him off her mind. And when Hippie Sabotage remixed the song to enhance the lyrics content with the addition of deep, hypnotizing tones, it replicated the feeling of numbness that so many people connected with, it hit the radio.
The song debuted in her own genre alternative rock, and has now reached EDM, with remixes by top DJ’s such as Keys N Krates, The Chainsmokers and more because of how many people it can reach out to in the crowds.
