The excitement is building for what is sure to prove a groundbreaking and unforgettable first edition of Groove Island from September 27-30, 2019. The idyllic getaway on the beautiful Catalina Island is an immersive experience featuring world class artists Andrew Rayel, Chus & Ceballos, Mark Knight, Oliver Heldens, Sam Feldt, Shiba San and more. Now day-by-day breakdowns of the musical activities are revealed. We had quick chat with Leftwing & Kody on their favourite LA hotspots before heading across the water to https://GrooveIsland.com/

Pacific Coast Highway
Nothing quite matches driving along the Pacific Coast Highway in a convertible car! The scenery is amazing and there are plenty of great pit stops on the route including Mastros Ocean Club.

Highway 1 on the pacific coast, California.

Venice Beach
Perfect to visit for the sunsets, last time I was there a group of bongo drummers congregated on the beach and played spontaneously together as the sun went down. A perfect place to replenish after a night out is the Butchers Daughter on Abbot Kinney which have great juices and health food.

The Vintage Shops on Melrose
Will often be on the look out in these places for a retro baseball cap and a loud shirt.

The Hollywood Sign
An iconic landmark this is one place that needs to be seen whilst in LA. The views from the hills are amazing but watch out for the mountain lions!

In & Out Burger
As a visitor from the UK (we don’t have many great burger places) this tends to be the first stop once I’ve landed on the west coast. There’s something strangely addictive about these burgers. We should probably start a franchise in London!
