Huichica East, happening on September 30th and October 1st, announced its festival lineup, featuring Phosphorescent, Bill Callahan, Vetiver, and many more! See below for full lineup.

Huichica (WA-CHEEK-AH), in its seventh year, is a new breed of micro festival built on the concept that dynamic hand curated music, wine, beer and food are best shared in beautiful, intimate settings with a warm and friendly attitude. Boutique in size, with a stunning location, and a hand-chosen lineup of musicians and purveyors, Huichica was started by vintner Jeff Bundschu and musician Eric D. Johnson on the beautiful grounds of Gundlach Bundschu Winery in Sonoma, California. Their goal is to appeal to bands and fans alike, and they have since decided to expand eastward in hopes to transpose the vibe and multitude of sensory experiences from the vineyards of Sonoma to the pastures of Pine Plains, New York.

“Huichica is basically great music, great produce, and no bad attitudes. We love it when the artists and purveyors themselves are great people- the kind you’d want to hang with,” said co-founder, Jeff Bundschu. “It has been a dream to bring what we’ve created in Sonoma, California to Hudson Valley, New York to the historic Chaseholm Farm, a most majestic setting among rolling hills and green pastures. The inaugural weekend is going to be epic!”

Partnered with (((folkYEAH!))), Huichica has presented a hand-picked line up of national and regional indie and folk acts and paired them with regional culinary talent, estate grown wines, and craft beer since 2010. Past artists include J. Mascis, Cat Power, Blitzen Trapper, Silver Apples, Cass McCombs, Jonathan Wilson, Damien Jurado, David Longstreth, Mount Eerie, Dengue Fever, Kelley Stoltz, Allah Las, Atlas Sound, Jessica Pratt, Shannon and The Clams, Heron Oblivion, with special appearances by Bob Weir and Jello Biafra, among many others.

The micro fest will be held at the Chaseholm Farm, a grass-based dairy and beef farm nestled in a 350-acre patchwork of pastures, crop land, woods and waterways located in the Pine Plains. Children are encouraged to attend, and admission is FREE for those under the age of 12. Camping will be available for this two-day festival. Camping and festival tickets are available for purchase online HERE. One-day passes are $50 and two-day passes are $90.
