Following on from a critically acclaimed Danny Howard remix back in June, EDX’s chart-topping cover of Moloko’s year-2000 hit ‘The Time Is Now’ sees its latest reincarnation, this time courtesy of enigmatic masked British duo, Wh0.

An impressive tech house cut complete with big basslines, upbeat rhythms and Roisin Murphy’s unmistakable top line, Wh0’s remix is out now via Spinnin’ Deep.

Speaking exclusively to We Own The Night about the release, Wh0 commented:

“EDX has been a loyal supporter of our music since we started 2 years ago, which has meant a lot to us. We were of course more than happy to remix his latest track solely because of that, but we’re also huge fans of the original vocal by Roisin Murphy, so was great to work on with that too!
We love how well the dark, grainy bass on this remix works so well in contrast to the vocal, a guaranteed “bass face” drop if we dare say so ourselves!”

Decked in black masks and fearless in their studio execution, Mysterious UK duo Wh0 have been seducing some of music’s biggest players over the past two years. The context of this curious duo is blissfully limited. Turning the music world on its head with their own vivid concoction of grooving music with a playful spirit, the young act doesn’t want you to know what they look like, where they’re from or what their favourite colour is. They do however care about making timeless and titillating club records and are unarguably proficient in that department.

Formed in 2018, the duo has wasted little time in rubbing shoulders with the upper echelon of electronic talent. An initial run of releases on Toolroom, Positiva, Ultra and their sharply rising imprint Wh0 Plays Records, as well as a string of official remixes for The Prodigy, Basement Jaxx, Tiesto, Sigma & more, is confidently marking a much-deserved space in the global market.
