Official After Parties, Daily Set Times, Debut Pop-Up Gallery, Living Arts & Silent Disco
This year North Coast will be hosting its first ever local artist pop-up gallery! Artists are invited to create pieces for the “Chicago” themed show for a chance to be displayed at the festival for its anticipated 20,000 attendees. If selected, the artist will receive two 3-day VIP passes for the festival, 4 general admission passes, and a special discount code for additional tickets to give to friends, family and art enthusiasts! Additionally, being the home-grown, Chicago-bred festival it is, every year since it’s inception seven years ago, North Coast has teamed up with art collectives Ava Grey Designs (Creative Agency/Production House) and The Elder Tree to create a space that is part Living Art Gallery and part homage to the history of street art.
This year is the Living Gallery will be connected to the Silent Disco giving art enthusiasts the chance to listen to a special Living Gallery curated channel on their headphones while watching the painters create works of art in front of them, an experience that’s truly unique to North Coast. Silent Disco participants will have two different channels to pick from, while artists including THE ARCHITECTS, COMBUSTIBLES, DJ INTEL, EDAMAME, LWKY, SKY SOCIETY, STATIK, VAPOR EYES, VOID PEDAL and more spin nonstop back-to-back tracks from all across the electronic music spectrum throughout the 3-day festival. There’s something for everyone with everything from jam-bands at concert halls to indie DJ sets on downtown rooftops to classic house and techno nights at iconic clubs to small venues showcasing the best in Chicago hip-hop.
