Since the days of Woodstock music festivals have become synonymous with summertime—the season launches in March to welcome spring and spring break, then lasts all the way until the end of the year.  As festivals like Ultra and Coachella become behemoths riddled with corporate sponsorships—festival experience has easily taken the back burner. More the rule than the exception, quality dwindles as music festivals begin to cater to corporate sponsors and a larger crowd.  As of late, fans have been critical of larger festivals for “playing it safe.” Enter festivals like; Phoenix Lights, BUKU, Imagine and Euphoria reinforcing the notion that dance music fans are craving for a fresh, profound, meaningful and lasting experience.  Fans of the dance music world are screaming for a change and many are flocking to festivals like Euphoria in that hopes that it will eventually shake the existing system.

Celebrating its fifth year anniversary Euphoria is proud to offer RV camping, luxury camping packages and it’s the first ever Silent Disco (created by HUSHConcerts) for Euphorians who wish to keep the music and the party going into the wee hours.  For the first time in its history, Euphoria is inviting campers to enter Carson Creek Ranch a day early.  Camping grounds will open on Thursday, April 7th at noon, followed by the Thursday Night New Moon Pre-Party exclusive to four-day campers featuring performances Bass Physics, whose current release the fittingly titled track “Euphoria”; Austin livetronica act, Blunt Force; and a special set by The Polish Ambassador.  As a bonus, the New Moon celebration will include a communal bonfire, fire dancers, drum circles and more.

To ensure top notch experience for its fans, Euphoria has partnered with some of Austin’s hottest and top brands.  Facilitating positive festival vibes is Austin’s own Sukha Yoga, holding free yoga classes each morning at the Dragonfly Stage overlooking the Colorado River.  Campers also get an exclusive access to Workshops at Euphoria like RAISING YOUR VOLTAGE WITH TESLA ENERGY LIGHTS, SHAMANIC SOUND IMMERSION, MANIFESTATION MEDITION, FOOD IS BEAUTIFUL MEDICINE for a complete list of workshops, click here. Austin is not only the live music capital but it is known for having exceptional food. This year, festival goers can enjoy a bigger and better food truck park featuring some of Austin’s finest diverse offerings, including; Buddha’s Brew Kombucha, DFG Noodles, Mission Dogs, PickAChili, Revenge of the Pork BBQ, Southside Flying Pizza, Texas Ice Queens + much more.  Fans who wish to escape the Texas heat can enjoy an assortment of off the wall films—yes, you heard right, Austin’s Alamo Drafthouse is bringing motion picture with some surprise appearances to Euphoria.  Calling Mr. Robert Rodriguez…We kid, this has not been confirmed by the festival but one can dream.

Why stop there, Euphoria has carefully chosen sponsor-partners to bring their own style to Austin’s homebuilt festival. Selfeo, a cutting-edge app that provides users with the ability to transform a single device into a customized, multi-screen viewing environment, will be hosting electronic charging and water stations. Coca-Cola brings an interactive “Share A Coke” station- a great place to chill out and beat the heat. Mike’s Hard Lemonade will be bringing their “Mike’s Harder” Tasting Station, for 21+ patrons, featuring an intensely refreshing and boldly flavorful alcohol experience. In a phrase: its kick-ass. HARDER is available in 12 drool-inducing flavors, Lemonade, Strawberry, Black Cherry, Cranberry, Blood Orange. Euphoria is also excited to announce its healthcare partner, ORIG3N. Encouraging fans to participate in the future of medicine, you can contribute a small sample of blood to support future medical research and sign up for a new genetic test granting you access to information in your personal code- allowing you to make choices about your lifestyle, fitness, and skin care choices.  Euphoria is also making getting to and from the festival a breeze by teaming-up with Lyft, for premium drop-off points and cool swag at their tent inside the festival. Also, don’t forget to take advantage of $20 free rides for first-time users. Other 2016 sponsors include; Dos Equis, Red Bull, and Chaco Footwear.

Committed to giving back, Euphoria has broadened its efforts to give back and build a community that goes beyond the music including a partnership with Keep Austin Beautiful. Formed to provide resources and education to engage citizens in building more beautiful communities, the two-year alliance will kick off in April and will include the adoption of Carson Creek that runs along the Ranch, five river cleanups to be held throughout the year, and additional participation and support for Keep Austin Beautiful events. The first of these events will be held April 2nd when Euphoria will call upon its local family to join in a pre-festival river cleanup at Carson Creek Ranch. Additionally, Euphoria will be active in the organization’s Clean Sweep event on the morning of April 9th, inviting campers to take part in leaving Austin in better shape than when they first arrived. Held every April, Clean Sweep is a city-wide service day spanning 130+ sites in 31 zip codes throughout Austin, resulting in over 29 tons of trash removed by more than 4,000 volunteers who contribute 8,700 combined service hours. More information, from how to get involved to river cleanup details, will be announced in the days leading on to the festival.

Don’t forget that ticket prices will increase on Friday, April 1st. General Admission passes are available now for $159, plus fees. Camping is now Sold Out. with the exception of obtaining a camping pass via a Tentsile purchase, EnlighTENTment Rental, or RV Spot lease.
