Hotly tipped artist/producer salute release his sensational ‘My Heart’ mini-album, the follow up to his acclaimed 2015 ‘Gold Rush’ EP and a collection of songs that is sure to cement salute’s position as one of the most exciting talents in electronica right now.

‘My Heart’ is made up of 7 brand new tracks including ‘One More Chance’ feat. D.R.A.M., recent single ‘Storm’ (the poignant video for which can be seen HERE) and new single ‘Weigh It Up’ which features the silky vocals of Leeds based artist & fellow 37 Adventures alumni Krrum. In addition, ‘My Heart’ features a wealth of other breakthrough talent salute has connected with while releasing his music online over the past few years such as Brooklynite rapper KAMAU & the mysterious Yami.

Discussing his inspirations behind ‘My Heart’, salute states “My Heart is the story of everything I’ve experienced so far, both as a musician and just a regular boy. I’ve always felt like showcasing all of my influences in music was essential and I feel that My Heart is my strongest attempt yet at doing just that.”

The release of ‘My Heart’ follows off the back of the airing of a special Maida Vale session that salute recently recorded for Radio 1’s Huw Stephens with the help of his live band. The session also features an appearance from the enigmatic D.R.A.M. for their hit ‘One More Chance’. You can listen back here.

salute will be touring Europe later in the year including playing at Pitchfork Avant-Garde on October 26th, the opening party for the legendary Pitchfork Music Festival in Paris.

Hailing from Vienna and now living in Manchester, salute is an incredibly talented 20 year old who draws on a wide range of musical influences to create his genre blurring electronica. salute’s affinity for UK bass culture and US hip-hop & trap at an early age has helped shape his development as an artist whilst his upbringing in Austria has helped influence his unique sound that sets him apart from the pack.
