No Bounds Festival unveil further artists for their 2019 edition – a unique weekend event offering a multidisciplinary approach to the musical avant-garde. Inviting an extensive list of some of the most forward-thinking names in electronic music and the arts, the three-day festival will descend on multiple venues across Sheffield, expanding on last year’s format to include an opening concert and daytime programme at the historic Kelham Island Industrial Museum.

In addition to the extensive first wave of artists, this year’s event will welcome Juan Atkins, The Black Madonna, Zed Bias, The Black Dog (live), Prequel Tapes and Solid Blake amongst many others.

Kicking off the festival on Friday 11th October, the opening evening concert will host performances by Lanark Artefax (live), Lee Gamble (Live), Caterina Barbieri (Live AV) and a DJ set TBA at Kelham Island Industrial Museum, which will then go on to accommodate daytime proceedings throughout the weekend, as well as a number of specially commissioned artworks designed to engage with the history of their surroundings.

More will be announced on the arts aspect of the festival in the coming months, but visitors can expect world premieres and panel discussions from luminaries across multiple fields.
