Jess Glynne and announces details of their first-ever North American headline tour. The dates – which celebrate the group’s new debut album, “NEW EYES” out now on Big Beat/Atlantic Records – get underway September 15th at Toronto’s Danforth Music Hall, and then continue through the month. Clean Bandit made their US live debut last week with sold out gigs in Los Angeles (The Roxy) and Brooklyn (Music Hall of Williamsburg) presented in partnership with Spotify. Jess Glynne)”:  www.nbcnews.com/id/3041478/vp/55650191#55650191.

Topping Spotify at #1 in more than 13 countries worldwide, “Rather Be (Feat. Jess Glynne)” is proving an equivalent blockbuster here in the US. The track is now ascending the top 10 of both Billboard’s “Hot Dance/Electronic Songs” chart and the iTunes Store’s “Top Dance Songs” ranking, fueled in part by total weekly streams now in excess of 1 million. “Rather Be” has also shattered a variety of long held records, including the most one-week plays ever at Spotify and the most one-week Shazams at Shazam.com.

“Rather Be” has since entered the record books as the longest running #1 in the history of the UK’s Official Streaming Chart, surpassing Avicii’s “Wake Me Up” and Daft Punk’s “Get Lucky (Feat. Pharrell Williams,” and dominating the top spot for eight straight weeks and counting.  As if all that weren’t enough, the single’s equally undeniable companion video [Watch Below] is now exceeding a remarkable 83 million individual views.

“Rather Be”
has indeed proven a planetary phenomenon, topping Billboard’s “Euro Digital Songs” ranking, as well as dance and pop/top 40 charts in Australia, Belgium, Finland, Ireland, Israel, Luxembourg, Sweden, and the Netherlands. Debuted atop the UK Singles Chart upon release, it remains 2014’s fastest selling single thus far.  It spent four consecutive weeks at #1 – the first single by a British artist to hold the position that long since Adele’s 2011 blockbuster “Someone Like You” – with platinum certified sales now well in excess of 750,000.

NEW EYES” [preview below] recently made top 3 debuts on both the UK Albums Chart and on the US iTunes Store’s “Top Dance Albums” tally. The album sees Clean Bandit pushing the creative envelope with their distinctively baroque sonic approach, accompanied by an assortment of new vocal talents, including Stylo G, Javeon, Rae Morris, Eliza Shaddad, Love Ssega (Crystal Fighters), and alternative hip-hop sensation Lizzo (see attached tracklisting). The album features all of the band’s extraordinary hit singles to date – including “A+E,” “Mozart’s House,” and “Dust Clears” – as well as such future faves as “Heart On Fire (Feat. Elisabeth Troy).”

Clean Bandit united in 2008, comprising brothers Jack (bass, keyboards) and Luke Patterson (drums), alongside Grace Chatto (cello) and Neil Amin-Smith (violin). United by a shared passion for fusing diverse forms of music, the Cambridge-based band quickly earned attention for their immediately compelling conglomeration of visionary electronica, deep house, classical, garage, R&B, and more.
