Crush Effect just released a smooth melodic new beat Funky To Me.”

This new track bring back the vibes of the ’70s with an ever so light hint of present day sounds. Crush Effect blends in a saxophone, vocals, keyboard, drums, and plenty of funkalicious beats. You’ll experience live instruments that will set

you on an upbeat electronic groovy edge. Crush Effect is a dynamic duo of two artists, Jessy Molly, a Gammy Nominated saxophone player for Panic! at the Disco and David Veith, quick on the keys/piano player for Karl Denson’s Tiny Universe. When they get together in Southern California they form Crush Effect. They describe themselves as a “genre-blending electronic nu-funk to nu-disco to electronic Motown” music experience! Quite the tongue twister for your ears. Amongst the two producers, they have performed worldwide at venues in Tokyo, Red Rocks in Colorado, Madison Square Garden, and many others.

“We just began jamming in the studio on the saxophone and piano after not playing together in a while. We quickly started connecting on melodies and grooves and by the end of the day we had created some hard hitting funk! Turn up that future funk.” -Jesse Molloy

If you’re wondering how they jam, look no further I posted the new track below. Enjoy!
