The BPM Festival: Portugal continues to grow its inaugural European gathering of underground dance music’s biggest names and hottest rising stars this September 14-17 with the addition of over 30 names in its Phase 3 final artist lineup. Staying true to its unique multi-venue day into night party formula, The BPM Festival will host over 170 artists and more than 20 showcases across four days and nights in seven unique venues in the beachside resort towns of Portimão and Lagoa, Portugal.

From the most globally in-demand names such as Art Department, Hot Since 82, Jamie Jones, Jackmaster, Loco Dice, Nastia,Nicole Moudaber, Paco Osuna, Pan-Pot, and Seth Troxler to pivotal underground dance music pioneers like Carl Craig, Danny Tenaglia, Dubfire, Paul Kalkbrenner, Richie Hawtin, and Victor Calderone, The BPM Festival: Portugal will see a powerhouse contingent of underground DJs and producers land on Europe’s southwestern edge. Along with the world’s top-tier acts, the inaugural European event will also see familiar names like Detlef, Hector, Lauren Lane, Nathan Barato, Nitin, Richy Ahmed, and many more who have climbed through the ranks alongside the festival brand over the past decade.

The BPM Festival: Portugal will host over 20 globally recognized showcases for quality-focused underground dance music events. After four editions of its star-studded signature night party, The BPM Festival: Portugal will see YA’AH MUUL hosted by Deep House Amsterdam go to the next level with a three stage takeover plus the return of its signature closing day and night parties,This Is The End and The BPM Festival Official Closing Party. Following a sold-out intimate European tour earlier this year, German techno innovator Paul Kalkbrenner brings his special live project Back To The Future to both The BPM Festival and Portugal for the first time, which sees him put a futuristic twist on his first experiences with electronic dance music. Also making their BPM debut will be showcases from event curators Gia Sai hosted by Night&Day Magazine, Portugal’s Neopop Festival, and Adam Shelton and Subb-an’s One Records. Along with several in-house produced events including free to be announced showcases, The BPM Festival: Portugal will see the return of Akbal Music, All Day I Dream, ANTS, Deeperfect, Detroit Love, Do Not Sit On The Furniture, Don’t Be Leftout with Visionquest hosted by XLR8R, elrow, FORM Music, Kaluki, Nick Curly presents TRUST, Social Experiment, Numero 00, Paradise, Stereo Productions, Vatos Locos, and Warung hosted by Ibiza Voice.
