Since forming Aquilo in 2014, Ben Fletcher and Tom Higham have released a handful of widely acclaimed EPs, which have racked up more than 50 million streams cumulatively on Spotify. Aquilo’s songs have been heard in numerous ads, film trailers and major televisions shows, including “The Vampire Diaries,” “Grey’s Anatomy,” “Pretty Little Liars” and others.
Fletcher and Higham give fans an inside look at the making of Silhouettes in this video. The pair reunited with U.K. Music Video Awards-winning director Eoin Glaister to create videos for a trio of songs from Silhouettes. They feature Perry Benson, known for his roles in This Is England and Sid & Nancy, the young actor Ruairi O’Connor (What Richard Did, Handsome Devil) and newcomer Emily Reid.
