Alex and Chris Van Den Hoef, better known as DVBBS recently visited the Big Apple to discuss their new single “Beautiful Disaster,” an upcoming 12 track EP being released this March including collaborations with NERVO, Cody Simpson, being able to travel the world (track writing sessions in a jungle of Thailand), the Woozygang, their very own festival in Toronto, the growth of their KANARY brand, their roots in music (they started off as band members!), why simplicity is extremely vital in the process of music production, the perk of having the accessibility of production tools today and the bizarre clause in their contract (not allowed to cut their hair).
